& Flavoured Butter BaguetteTo Prepare: Add 10% of any flavour gourmet liquid marinade to soft, unsalted butter OR soft cheese, like Ricotta, or cream cheese. Mix well. Lay mixture on clear plastic film. Roll tightly into a sausage shape. Chill or freeze. Remove from freezer and cut into coins.

Flavoured Butter Baguette: Insert flavoured butter coins into partially sliced baguette, add cheese & garnish as desired.
(Also try on Steak, Salmon or Chicken.)

Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps: Stuff with flavoured cream cheese, top with grated cheddar & garnish. (Also try Pork
loin stuffed with flavoured cream cheese.)

450g Sirloin Steak
45g Spiced Oil Kiev Marinade
Wooden Skewers

  Tenderize / flatten the steak. Brush with a layer of Spiced Oil Kiev
Marinade at approximately 10%. Roll (like a jellyroll), cut into
3cm thick slices and skewer. Try our flat end skewers

Top with 2 coins of Flavoured Butter. Display.
Flavoured Butter: Blend 10% Spiced Oil Kiev Marinade into

  Combine ground beef with Pea Rice Crumb Binder & water. Mix.
Add grated cheese, salt, & marinade. Mix further, shape & form
patties, approx 1.5cm thick.

Typical Italian flavour, with tomatoes, paprika, zucchini, onion, olives and herbs.

6.4 kg chicken breast – boned & skinned, cut into large pieces
0.6 kg Spiced Oil Mango Chilli (#RA1695343)
1.0 kg bacon
2.0 kg fresh mango, cubed

  Marinate boned, skinned & cut chicken breasts with Spiced Oil
Mango Chilli. Wrap mango slices/cubes in bacon. Alternate
marinated chicken & mango (wrapped in bacon) on skewers.
Grill over medium heat or fry on both sides until chicken is
cooked through.

7.5 kg beef strips for meat rolls
0.45 kg mozzarella
0.4 kg cream cheese
0.14 kg finely chopped onion
0.02 kg Chilli Willy Marinade (#RA1038653) or
Marinox Pure Palmero (#RA1695288)
0.35 kg spinach
Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Filling: Rinse spinach with cold water, dry & chop coarsely. Shred mozzarella & mix with cream cheese, onion & spinach.
Rolls: Spread filling over beef strips about 0.5cm thick.  Shape
strips into rolls & cut into slices.  Thread 3-4 rolls on a skewer,
(top with cherry tomato if desired). Cover rolls with Chilli Willy Marinade or Marinox Pure Palmero Marinade.  Grill over medium
heat or fry in oil until done.
