FANET = Fibrous Casing + Net
CONET = Collagen Casing + Net
Both FANET & CONET casings give meat processors truly creative netting options while simplifying processing by combining two steps into one.
FANET & CONET are available in:
- 3 net sizes,
- over 20 diameters
- 22 net colours, including Gold and Silver,
- cut pieces and shirred sticks
FANET and CONET allow for efficient production and optimum product ripening.
The netting remains snug on the sausage after maturation, retaining both it’s colour, and sparkle, even after smoking.
