Glazes are combinations of flavors, herbs, spices, colors, starches and gums that help seal in meat juices and flavours during
processing and cooking.
They also provide colour, flavour and visual appeal by aiding the cling of herbs and spices to the meat
surface.

| Honey Ham Glaze |

| Ingredients: |
Sugar, Honey Powder (Maltodextrin), Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Calcium Silicate (mfg aid), Hydrogenated
Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean) (mfg aid). |
| Usage: |
Use 100g to 1/4cup of water. Let stand 10 minutes. |
| Orange & Ginger Glaze |

| Ingredients: |
Sugar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Brown Sugar, Spice, Herb, Flavour, Vegetable Oil (mfg aid). |
| Usage: |
Use 50 grams glaze to 50 grams of water. Blend and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. |
| Red Cherry Ham Glaze |

| Ingredients: |
Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Flavour, Calcium Silicate (mfg aid). |
| Usage: |
Use 1:1 in cool water, whisk briskly and let stand for 5 minutes before using |
| Rum Ham Glaze |
